  1. I'm sure if a Canadian won one of these contests they would be willing to pay shipping and duty on the product(s). They could put that in the terms of agreement. On another note, thanks for making this contest for those who can enter. Really nice of DC to do this around the holidays; hopefully it will bring happiness to a few bassheads this holiday season. Cheers!
  2. Soudqubed subs will give you the wow factor, if installed in the proper box. In my experience, it's 20% equipment, 80% install. There's lots of brands to choose from and each one you can't really go wrong: DC Sundown Soundqubed PSI Ascendant Audio FI SSA Incriminator Audio American Bass ..... etc.... There's lots more. I think you're going about this the wrong way. You should be choosing your sub(s) based on what power you will be running and how much space you have. Hope this helps.
  3. I would say offer 5k as is and get the repairs done yourself. That way you'll know that it got done right with no cut corners.
  4. I've had no problems with Sirius/XM clipping (I haven't tested it though). I get more issues from my iPod music
  5. I've had it for 5 years now and I love it. The sound is not as loud as my iPod though... But it's still great. Clarity is CD quality.
  6. Most people run their batteries in parallel. So + to +, - to - (front to back). You'll want to get two similar (if not the same) batteries so that they do not discharge eachother. I hope someone with more experience can chime in for you...
  7. Looks like you already know what you want bro! For that kind of cash you'll most likely end up with a civic.
  8. What's your budget? Or did I miss that?
