  1. I already did. I know he's very busy so I figured maybe someone else might know how to go about the recone process...
  2. Hoping to get a response to an email I sent two times in the last week. That'd be awesome! Email in question... Ok, here's the story.... I finally jumped on the bandwagon and started my first "real" build. I had been drooling over the SA-8 for over a year and finally purchased one. I was very happy with the quality and sound of your product. Unfortunately I got in a hurry to complete my install before a roadtrip and I just tuned conservatively.... Without testing my older amp..... Which was clipping badly. Coupled with very little break in time I destroyed my little beast rather quickly. So now I am in need of a recone. I have a few questions regarding upgrading and pricing... 1. Seeing as you guys recently released your v.2 would it he possible to upgrade my v.1 to v.2 spec? 2. What would it run price wise to do those upgrades? 3. If that isn't possible, what's the base price for a standard recone? My speaker specs: SA-8 V.1 2Ohm DVC Thanks for your time.
  3. Figured is post this in here for advice from the pros. Just bought a decent looking and running 1993 Sierra regular cab. Truck runs hood and doesn't get really loud but there seems to be a lot of "road" noise that enters the cabin at 45 to 75 miles per hour. Which is not good for a vehicle I spend at least 3 plus hours on the highway in every day. So I figured I would slap some decent sound deadner in to help quiet it down some. Then I got to thinking about how much I would need and what combo would bring the best results. Honestly, I'm in over my head. I really have no idea what would bring the best low noise environment for my daily driver. So I post this here looking for advice from what seems to be the best manufacturer of sound dampening products. I have around 250 dollars to throw at this project. What do you guys recommend?
  4. I second the gravel being a shit surface. Fucking shit hurts! I don't think your a puss for not wanting to do a good install on it. I'd definitely work on it if I had to but to deal with it every day would be a whole 'nother thing. Congrats on the new house and work space!
  5. Man, not only is this summer going to be bad but shits been getting progressively worse for a while...
  6. This is pretty fucking retarded but, admit it. You've been driving around had to stop at a light and some fucktard in a tempo with 3 walmart 12"s rolls up with his shit cranked. That's the reason for all of the hate on systems. People need to grow the fuck up and respect others. Sad thing is that by profiling all people who own cars with systems these people are just as bad as the kid in the tempo. The world went to shit a long time ago...
  7. Watched my neighboor unload his new lawn mower with a friend of his. Only for them to fuck up and filp it upside down. Destroying the hood and leaking oil all over his driveway. I guess he is going to try to say the store loaded it improperly. Lol
  8. HOLY MAJORLY DERAILED THREAD BATMAN!!!!! lol On topic... Just get bored when you ride and wanna jam?
