After being led around for a week this is what I ended up hearing back from Sonic. Dear Jake, We are terribly sorry for any concern you have experienced regarding the Kinetik product that you ordered from us. We were unaware of this ourselves, so we have been in touch with Kinetik to determine why this has happened. After speaking with their technicians, they have indicated that their batteries are actually manufactured in the same warehouse and use the same cases as the Universal Battery. The factory has indicated that they may have used some preprinted cases by mistake. Kinetik has indicated they can mail you a new sticker for the battery if you wish. Please let us know if you would like this to be done so we can notify the manufacture. Once again we apologize for any confusion/inconvenience this has caused you! I think its kinda stupid they only offered to replace the sticker just in case the factory mixed a pallet up, I guess that could just be Sonic talking but whatever besides that I never had a complaint about that battery so I'll deal with it. I hate dealing with customer service and all that mickey mouse related crap.

I just did the same thing and looked it up, found it for half what i payed for it. I also seen onlinecarstereo has a black cased hc600 also, I'm wondering if I should call kinetik and see wtf is going on.

Heres a better picture. I bought it from sonicelectronix.com it dident come in a kinetik box either. I also see it says 18 amp hours insted of the 20 the hc600 is supposed to be, and Kinetik's are AGM right? not lead acid?
