  1. i doubt it since i can't fold my seat down. Maybe though! Thats not the goal. The goal is SQ with SOME EXTRA throttle for times of need. unbelievable work man!!! showing those skills for sure!!! if it sounds as clean as the build, DAMNNNNNNN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thanks for the picks and what you do, looking forward to the finish.
  2. well, after watching the vid posted by pusle car audio, the guy had an eq in his setup, i think i will go back and check the massive audio in the wifes car. however, with audiocontrol and its gain adjustments is still in question. in that video he used the 0db tracks to setup eq. then the -5db for amps. i used the -5db to set up the eq's. then also just turned up slowy. i am going back to the audiocontrol and setting up with 0db track and work the gain up from there. we'll see what happens. hell, by the time i get done should sound purty freagin awesome. thanks for the reply by the way
  3. just a quick question here. I have a alpine cda 105 going to an audiocontrol three.2http://www.audiocont...ARY-INPUTS.html. my head unit distorts at 29 of 35. the rcas go to the audicontrol and out to 4 channel amp and sub amp. there are level matching pots on top of the audiocontrol that matches the output voltage of head unit. there is light that blinks or flashes at some point(sometimes it stays on, sorry my bass and rap isn't dynamic enough ) . so, i know my distorted volume from headunit, should i set the pots with the light or hook the dd-1 to each of the rca's going out and set the levels that way? the audiocontrol has master volume so, you just leave the headunit up, it also has subwoofer level control. should i turn the master volume all the way up? same with the sub control? to set gains on amp. i have seen the vid using the rockford 3sixty. however, that does not have a master volume control. another thought is do i do the opposite and set the master volume on audiocontrol and just use the headunit volume? I believe i am good on my overlaps just wanted a little clarification. this also may be useful for other eqs/line-drivers with variable volume control. i also have a massive audio 7 band eq/line-driver(http://www.sonicelec...-Audio-EQ7.html) in the wifes car but there are not potentiometers on it. well, there is but only for the aux input. so, i found undistorted volume on headunit then cut volume on massive audio unit all the way, same with the sub level(signal was clean at -7db. then adjusted amp gains from there. thanks for any info folks
