18"h x 37"w x 34"d..........Port on bottom.....3.75"h x 35.5"w x 30"d........34 hz..........7.2 cubes........ Try the above measurements...........below is an enclosure with that type of port I done a while back...

Sounds like there is something seriously wrong with the design and tuning of your box.......Those 18s ought to be all over that 15".............Of course the types of vehicles you guys have plays a huge role as well...........If his 15" is in a CRX....lol......and your 18s are in a Suburban or Expedition that's not exactly a level playing field......get us some dimensions on your enclosure/port.............

Aeroports will work but it's an extra cost!!!.........You already have the materials for the slot port laying there......nothing else to buy....

that's an upright L port on one end or the other......

How about....subs up/port back............18"h x 37"w x 30"d.....port 15.75"h x 6.25"w x 20"d.......double baffled.........that's about 7.5 cubes net.....33hz

About 3.5 cubes each net will yield some pretty decent results.....

It was 5.75 cubes net.....35 hz tune..........It went in a Jeep Cherokee.........seems like it was 18"h x 42"w x 24"d........port was like 6 inches wide..

It's rated at 1250 rms....2500 max.......Box says it's MADE IN KOREA!!!!.......It's a nice looking amplifier in my book....
