  1. Just bought a second fully loaded Fi SP4 18" D2, should be fun when I get it!

  2. Just bought a quart on eBay! Just waiting to receive a total for shipping to Australia.
  3. I was three when my grandfather bought me my first computer, I don't remember much but I know it had an awesome Turbo button, probably like 16MB of RAM which back in 1995 was pretty top of the line, and it had a 'Pentium Pro' CPU clocked at like 90MHz, running Windows 95. I remember all the games on CD's I had that would always be left out of there cases.
  4. Just curious as I'm currently upgrading my electrical. I'd consider the 12k to be up there with some of the much bigger amps out there which I'm sure most will agree on. Could I run a 12k with this electrical: Dual 225 Amp Alternators 2 x 1300 CCA 200aH Delkor 8D-1300 1 x Optima YellowTop 750 CCA 55aH I get that the electrical may be so poor for this amp that this post may seem like a joke. But I'd genuinely like to know, Thanks.
  5. Looking for an amp to power my RE Audio XXX 12", and have chosen Soundstream over Hifonics. But I'm stuck between the 2000 and 2600 watt versions. I have the dual 2 Ohm version which I will wire in parallel to make 1 Ohm. The Soundstream TX1.2000D is rated 2000 RMS x1 @ 1 Ohm, which is what the sub is rated for But it would be nice to have a bit more power, The Soundstream TX1.2600D will do 2600 RMS x1 @ 0.5 Ohm, and only 2000 at 1Ohm, So.. Will I have much of a gain by buying the more expensive amp, even though at the subs impedance on paper they will output the same.
  6. Looking to build a box to fit in my 1995 VW Golf GL with the RE Audio SX18D2/4 (If anyone could tell me the difference between the D2 and D4 this would also be great) My maximum dimensions are: 90cm Length x 45cm Height x 45cm Depth or 35.4 Inches Length x 17.7 Inches Height x 17.7 Inches Depth I've been using the RE Audio Box Calculator but don't fully understand it: http://www.reaudio.com/box.php I can't seem to even figure out what units are being used I'm sure it's inches but the Box Volume seems wrong, with the dimensions in, it seems to only say 3 cubic feet which seems wrong considering I believe this sub needs 8. I'm probably looking at the wrong value or something but just want to get myself a really good box design in the end. Thanks In Advance.
  7. I've got a friend doing a Year 12 Project which basically is this portable seat thing. But in it, it will have just a basic sound system with a Car Head Unit. Currently I've told him to buy a pretty standard Alpine Head Unit, and 6" Speakers. All I've got to sort out now is power. I was thinking of using sealed lead acid battery's since they will help with weight. Then I could cut off the clips of a standard sealed lead acid charger and install a plug which would be more better since this is suppose to be a 'sellable product'. Would this be suitable? Please any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.
