DC Audio Trunk World Record!!
BassHead810 replied to WCA Rusty's topic in DC Sound Lab - Big Bass on ANOTHER LEVEL!
Thor did a 154.4 In IdBL - Stock Advanced Trunk / Pickup 2 Nathan is my teammate, he had the record last year in Stock Trunk / Pickup 2 with a score of 151.1 I don't compete in Iasca so I'm not up on all the differences between the classes but I know they have changed this year to 3 trunk classes total and Trunk 1 must use music -

This is a fun watch on that topic -
I have thought about doing this too but i'm not sure it would even help. It might even hurt your spl. I'm in a trunk car also and the back seat is always down. The carpet on my seat has a zipper at the sides though and Velcro at the bottom. I took the carpet off just to see what it would do with the metal frame exposed and i lost a solid .2 db from that change so i put it back. I did notice though at the Carlisle PA show terry brocks had dynamat on the back of his seats so it might help a little

Thats not a bad number for your first time on the meter. You could probably gain more by spending some time on the meter and find what helps and what hurts like seat position box positions etc

What do you drive? I'll make sure to look for you there. I drive a red escort zx2 Ok cool. I have a red Mazda 3 Are you on a team and what class are you in? Nope, no team, I'm just getting back into bass this year. I just like going to shows but there aren't many near me. I'm not exactly sure what class I'll be in for meca. I normally compete in db drag street stock. I have 2 12's and 2000 watts in a trunk. 1 battery.
