This is my first time building a custom box and I want to get it right. I recently bought an RE SRX 10 for my 2008 Altima Coupe but the issue I have is space. I can go up to 27" wide, about 17-19" deep with the back at an angle (I still need space to get to my spare), but can only go about 12" high because the trunk is vertically short. I found an online box calculator and after typing in the specs of the woofer and my approximate trunk space it came up with 12Hx17Wx12D1x17D2 = 1.05ft^3 @ 35Hz, port diameter 3in, port length 13.25in. Does this sound about right? I just want to be sure before I start making this box, any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
