  1. cant make my mind up too many things too choose from.... under construction again on the blaze

  2. Im needing a person who has did a 97 blazer and I wanna sound deaden the doors, headliner, entire floor and rear side panels, im wanting it too be quiet on the interstate and help my audio system from roadnoise, so anyone have particular brand that is better or any tips on what too do too get it dead quiet? Thanks also I just lifted my blazer and got rough tires now so its louder
  3. dont think they used it in the movie honestly but i could be wrong, hopefully we will have info on the subject shortly
  4. today i went ahead and took everything apart and filled the rear side vents with greatstuff lol and removed the little flaps and then took back tailgate apart and added in sound dampening as best as i could reach they have two metal skins molded together so i put two layers on and and some on the panel itself on the inside corners and around hatch striker and door handle and it helped a good bit still some rattles now the rattle moved too the back passenger doors lol i could press in on the sides and stops so may just adjust doors tighter with striker adjustment.. big thanks for idea of expanding foam on one issue thanks sphinxbccp
  5. hum not bad idea with the xfoam idea and maybe ill try it, also the rear hatch window squeeks just generally driving and i found by putting a little bit of tape on the striker piece on hatch window helps but need a perm fix, blazers u gotta love there little squeeks and problems currently need too replace my pitman arm and im not looking forward too that at all, did the corvette servo on transmission last nite and can feel difference on 2nd gear shift and is really noticable when on hwy and in od and kick it down and let it shift back too 4th wide open throttle it shifts fast and firm.. just for 20buxs for the 2-4servo for corvettes with 4l60e trans
  6. thanks folks it may hold in more sound when its blocked off and hope im not the only one who has problem here. when i fix it ill post pics of my method too take the flapping or trapped bird sound away lol
  7. oops text got cut down anyways the redbox has the plastic corner piece with vents or slots made into it and it makes horrible flapping noise inside and not sure whats the part for
