    All you have to do is either buy one from out West or down South. The weather isn't as harsh like up North.

    don't blow that thing on purpose now.. it won't. Keep fresh oil in a 5.3 and it will run forever....so i am not worried. I've got a '96 extended cab GMC with 218,00 on it. It runs like a champ and blows snow balls too! All you have to do is take care of GM trucks & they'll last.
