Have one crunch 1500 now.Second will be ordered a little later, after I decide if its got enough cone area or not. 16cft tuned at 32hz with 220-240sq inch of port. box sketch up. Subs in my room. MDF on my pool table. Looking to have it in and runnin by tmrw before work at 4. Ill post up more pics as progress happens. I wasnt really expecting this much difference since I only moved up 350-400 watts in power. Think I might need to change the port up a little, im gonna play with the port area to see if I cant make up the low power with a different port setup. I am planning on doing something almost just like this with my 8 12"s in the Astro. I have a low tune now, but I've been told with the size that a tune of around 35-40 would be better due to the lower transfer function of the vehicle. I would suspect that a Durango would be in the same ballpark if this is true. Massive displacement and stoopid huge port area FTW!
