  1. I don't know how other people that own CNC machines do it, but for me, i see EVERY scrap as valuable so i throw nothing out. If i can't make something i can sell with a piece of scrap, i damn sure can use it to proto-type something else i can sell later. Anything larger than a 6" circle can be used to practice something else on if i need to But that causes problems. I have everything from brand new flat stock (MDF, PVC, Acrylic, plywood etc), i have half sheets. I have quarter sheets. I have stuff with chunks taken out....i have it all. I have 4 separate "stacks" of misc stuff that i cannot throw away leaned on 4 different walls in my little wood shop area. It is OUT OF CONTROL. Plus, when i do need to grab something out of the pile, i can't get to anything because it's up against a wall. Not to mention the longer it sits, the more of an angle it takes on. This makes precious sheets of whatever start to bow a little over time. I have wanted to make something for about a year but i just have not had time to design something. Today, over a hot cup of coffee, i went for a pre-dawn run to Home Depot and got a bunch of wood and some casters. I drew some stuff up free-style on the CNC and went to work. As of today's posting, it isn't done yet. But i hope to have it done tomorrow. I want the glue to dry before i flip it on it's side and put the casters on. I also want to sheet each column out with 1/8" or 1/4" MDF. So tomorrow, ill have more updates!+89+9+/*

  2. I have to say, it is rare that i use the entire table. It's been a while since i had the machine that far on the other side.
