    Have you ever listened to the score podcasts? I used to listen to espn, but the score is focused more on local sports. I do think pti is probably the best show on espn but I hate lebatard.

    I listen to sports podcasts. Preferably the ones meant to be entertaining and informative. I also don't mind if they talk about other things going on in the world. As long as the podcast is of a topic i'm interested, and entertaining I will give it a listen. The one I listen to daily is boers and bernstein. I sometimes listen to the other guys on the score. I also listen to the rose report.

    Maybe I'm wrong, I'm not sure, but even if you use the dd-1 to set your gain, won't a heavily clipped song still send clipping signals to your amp and subs?

    I did, but I'll look again. My car definitely needs work though, some front end stuff and maybe a new carb. Not to mention it needs body work. I'm sitting on some car stereo equipment I want install, but I figure I'll just get the alternator done before I even go down that road. I've gotten more compliments in that then I ever got in my magnum or charger. I had one with a body kit that made it look a little bit like a grand national. I didn't have a 350 though. I tried to do a search but I really don't know shit. Maybe an image search would help you figure it out or more info so someone here that knows can help you.

    Look to see on the alternator you have now if there is a part number or brand or anything that you can use in a google search. I'm still mad for selling my 85 ss almost 10 years ago. That car is the shit.

    Ok, a few posts earlier has me confused. If my alternator is being maxed out and is at 11 volts, but still pushing the full amount of amperes to my amplifier, is my amp starvng? Or even more, couldn't I just buy a couple of batteries that have alot of reserve ampere's instead of a HO alt?

    Where did you set the gain at? What was the final voltage comng from th HU? Bass boosting is not to make up for lack of HU voltage.
