That is an unusual mount. You could probably get one like it and remove the clear plastic case. It just clips on. Then re use the original case so it mounts the same.

Sometimes the manufacturers of equipment will have parts made for them that are slightly different so you have to buy the parts from them but I don't know if that's the case here. Our newest equipment is around 20 years old so obsolete parts get us a lot. For the big items we sometimes have to go to ebay and take a chance on something used. For small stuff like relays, we just grab whatever we have on the shelf and make it work. Our supervisors pull their hair out telling us to just get it going. lol Put up a picture if you can. There might be another brand of relay that will match it.

there are a few different pin configurations so you should be able to find something that just plugs right in. What kind of equipment is it? do you have a manual or an electrical diagram for it?

If it is like this then it is disposable although I have helped one live a little longer by cleaning the contacts with an emery board fingernail file. One thing to verify if you have a multimeter is to make sure it is getting power across the coil to make it switch. the coil in this picture is blue. there can be other things that might prevent it from getting power. sometimes there can be things like a safety guard or door switch, or there might be a pressure or temperature switch in line with it that will keep it from energizing until the proper conditions are met. if you don't have a meter handy, you might be able to see it or hear it or feel it click to know it is being energized. So if it isn't getting power then the relay is probably still good and your problem is in the circuit that energizes it.

oh one more thing, check all the fuses maybe one is blown somewhere. I get lucky like this sometimes.

For the machine at work? how big is the relay? do you have any part numbers off of it? some of the big older stuff you can replace the contacts but the newer stuff is probably disposable. get the numbers off it and shoot me a PM.

I can get new content but only the ten or so of the newest. I used to be able to get every one. Like pages and pages.
