Hey I have a old Rockford amp punch 400 4 channel and I’ve notice the Solders on the metal bars on the out skirts of the amp connecting to the board have a brown ooze to it also the amp have a whine sound also the two speaker thermals to the right don’t work which is where this brown ooze over the solder is located would re soldering help or can this amp be fixed it looks to be simple I believe the whine is coming from the rca channels they look tarnished. my taramp works fine with no whine. But I found out that rca channel 3/4 have muffle very low volume would replacing the rca channels and resolder a new one in help
