    did you break it in at all? if not then that can happen to cones when the suspension is too stiff and it causes the cone to fold like that...that or over excursion and unloading

    For 3-4 days. Just had the gain barely turned up

    hmmm weired. ive seen this happen before to an XL but they kid didnt break them in at all AND played a hella low note which caused that to happen

    for anyone wondering, these subs are fucking LOUD. even though nick was hit with a malfunction, the little he demo'd for it was killer, defiantly hits you hard, was pretty violent and i have sat in some violent setups in the past and this was no different... thanks for the demo! too bad i think i was one of(if not the only) ones to get a demo yesterday lol

    brandon's was just nasty as well, his shits the lows out like nothing!

    i was able to give quite a few demos. wish i could have done more though haha. all good

    yes...price, and no reason to have them besides cosmetics

    yea thats a big factor for me too but decided to put side a few bucks a month to get em... so they'll look pretty

    do you know if they can make colored ones yet? i already got my invoice for my CF cones but was curious if they can do the colored ones

    not sure on all the colors yet. im going to ask Rusty for a list of avail colors when they are ready

    yes/no i had a minor malfunction yesterday. knocked the spider pack off its landing and that effected my score, also no testing, tuning, not knowing which freq to use or charging on the batteries because someone drunkenly knocked the power cord from the splitter haha

    the spider pack will be fixed today so thats no issue but off of those circumstances i did a 153.3. now remember my truck HATES heat and it was a good 80+ degrees and i was demoing the shit out of them from middle DE to the top of NY (7 hours away) demoed at the house i got to when i got there, then demoed at the show so in comparison to a similar weather day on the Neos with no charge but no demos and a shorter drive i did a 153.6 and those are broken in. These Level 6s will only get louder as they break in.

    Brandown Woolridge jumped from a 151.x to a 153.4 from the old Level 6s to the new Level 6s.

    all in all im VERY pleased with them, they take a BEATING and keep on hoofin it. the spider pack is no big issue but Rob got to take a look at it and that will be factored in the finalized product to help make it better. so for those of you waiting to buy these...im pretty much being one of the ginnie pigs for them and helping find any flaw, report to Rusty and Rob and have them apply that to the woofers to make them that much better than they already are.

    level 6 has 4 inch coils vs the neo with 3 inch coils, Level 6 more power handling, better lows, more oriented for music but they are about 30 poundsheavier

    I def wanna thank Rusty and Rob for building one HELLUVA woofer. you guys are fuckin awesome!!! Fedex decided to play volleyball w one of them and cracked the basket but Rob is helping me get that taken care of...best customer service ive ever received. DC FOR THE MUTHAFUCKIN WIN!!!

    p.s even with the cracked basket i threw them in and DAMN...they def slam :D
