My last check from my former employer came without my vacation time on it, should I sue or something

Most places have it where when you leave your time off like that is not owed to you. some places will be nice and say it isn't something they pay you for but still give it to you when you leave and other places just shaft you and not give it to you. If you have a handbook read into it and see if you are supposed to get it

Maybe i should put a pc out in the garage. Would be nice to look up how to videos while working on projects without tracking into the house.

could always get a tablet that has a usb port on it and use a keyboard/mouse with it so that gets ruined and not the tablet itself. I use an old kindle that has the pdf repair manual for my jet ski I used to own and my truck.

Tonight I used regular resin while fiberglassing. I did this because I thought it would be hard to get into the kerfed areas (which it would). So I did it wtihout the top of the box on where SMD SunFlash would have worked fantastic! Even with 3X the catalyst the og resin took forever... Kicking myself now!!

I could swear that I saw Meade say you could use regular hardener with the SMD resin but you cannot get it exposed to any sunlight or it will mess it up during the hardening/flashing stage.

Anyone ever get burnt out at college? Im really feeling like i just want to go work on my car for a month and go to a car show. Come back to college january.

i hate school no matter the grade. I got my associates and partially completed my bachelors and said screw it and quit. School is not for me and considering my boss told me that my education made no difference in hiring me and that she only cared about the knowledge I had kinda shows how much a degree can get you sometimes.

you'll be fine. I had all 4 done at once and only had 1 shot of Novocain per tooth (half a syringe each side for each tooth) and I heard them crack the tooth and pull it out whole. It was cool! Just be ready to drool on yourself from all that novocain. lol

Anyone use a DD-1 on their home audio stuff?? I think I'm going to do my home receiver and see when the light kicks on 0db track..

Mine was at vu 5/10 at 0db and vu 7/10 at -5 so its not too bad. And so you know I just connected the black alligator clip to the negative speaker output on my receiver.

Just say no to clamping huh? So what about clamping alternators?Is that still okay?

The whole clamping is bad only pertains to when you use more than one meter like you do when 'clamping' an amp. You have your clamp jaw for the power wire on the amp, DMM for the voltage on the speaker outputs, DMM for the voltage of your amps power and maybe a clamp for your speaker wires. With all those different meters there will be variations in the results they achieve. Think of it like turn signals on a car. Wife just found out today that she had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. We didn't even realize she was pregnant, just thought she was real late. She is taking it pretty hard even though it was in such an early stage.

yeah the whole jobs needing a 4 year degree is bullshit. i worked helpdesk at 12.25 a hour which is a piss on wage but still money nonetheless. I had vision, dental, could have health but was under a pre-existing plan that i kept and worked full time at 43 hours a week including lunch deductions. So yeah like baydestrian said invalid argument. Little idea I had: For shows or comps make a vinyl sticker of a QR code that links to your UBL. Put it somewhere on your car but make it temporary so thieves don't have a blueprint.

Yeah depending on your carrier you just go online to manage your account and can instantly place a block so that the number cannot call/text. Ive done it before and im on verizon. very easy to setup.

Is the number showing up? Whats your carrier? If you have the number you can block it online however if they do a *67 it will not be blocked.

i need idea's where to run my 0 guage power wire through my firewall in a 1999 chevy blazer

Try to do what i did with my old car and my envoy. Look on the drivers side firewall near your wheel-well. They usually place a grommet there for either your main wiring harness or for your throttle cable to pass through. I used that to put my 1/0 through on both my vehicles.

You havent gone through the crap i have with xbox's. i had 2 catch fire out of nowhere and had 8 replaced for eating my discs up and all that crap. Now i just use my 360 for playing music, thats it
