I was at a buddies shop last weekend who builds boxes. One of his programs optimizes a cut sheet so that it requires the least amount of wood sheets. Message me later, ill ask for you.

The packs in question were 36ft^2 of the 2mil and 14ft^2 2.5mil.
With the 36ft^2 of roadkill, you get 9 sheets and with the 14ft^2 of knu, you get 8 sheets.

Has anyone built a angle baffle box with a slot port? Or is it time to try aero ports?

the baffle on my wall sits at an angle. make sure your port depth is the same length at the top and bottom,so the middle is what you want it to be.
