I haven't read any if the other replies so this may be way out if context in the current discussion of the thread but I will say the following:
I run a single 8.

Aero ported 1.5cuft box iirc, I could find out for sure if you really wanted to know. Built it based upon multiple dicussions with Ray and a few other people vastly knowledgeable and experienced.

For me, it sounds great, gets the lows so hard, and just has a great overall response. Plus it doesent take up much space so I still have room when I travel.
My "dream" system which is what I will do in my next car, which will be either a Mazda speed 3or6 wagon/hatch or a suburu wagon/hatch
Is like that one pretty good guy on here that did a single 12" hertz sub fiberglassed in the rear left compartment of a red suburu forester.exceot I would stick with an eight.
But really, a quality eight (the sa8v2 being one if them) in a well designed box, can have GREAT output

It's good. I don't think they could be any straighter. To me, it looks like the silver band on the 1000 is just a bit wider that the others. Looks amazing.
not sure...ill look tomorrow. They should be totally straight but they could be a MM off. I think the 2nd and 3rd amp have a smaller grey band at the top then the 1000, but im also not sure of that. I am pretty sure they are straight though. Thanks for pointing out my flaws though before i even finished the job. I don't know what i would do without you guys LOL.Hey Steve, looking great!
My only question for you is this. Is it just a reflection, or is there something off about that middle amp? It keeps catching my eye, my OCD I guess. But it seems like the silver strip is a little higher than the other two amps and I think that's why it's catching me. Could be the picture angles, could be reflection, not sure. Just wasn't sure if you noticed it or not.
I have no suggestions, just enjoying the show!!

ok i am at the shop and i decided to check it out.
looks like the grey band on the punch 1000.1 is 9/16" and the one on the smaller amps is 7/16"
looks like one is 1/8" bigger then the other.....so really, it aint my fault! LOL
Never meant to infer that it was your fault, my bad- I had thought it may be the decal width- bit I figured it was nothing your decal cutter couldn't solve with some custom SMD decals
Love the install and how you trimmed out the trunk

Would be cool to be able to have a digital version, something like in excel that you could then pote totally put the data into graph form and see mathematical curves and patterns, think it could be pretty nifty!
I don't have the slightest idea how, but I just thought it would be cool
