Is it when its hot only? Mine cold starts up around 14.6-14.7V Cold but when its hot it drops down to 12.9-13.3V @ idle.
When mines hot i can rev a 100 rpms and it jumps to 13.6-13.8V (hot)

Hmm sounds like the issue is getting worse. Something may be failing or starting to wear on the alternator. Not sure man its been a ongoing battle with me also.
