So glad I sucked it up today and went in. Today was mentally and physically challenging, felt muscles I never knew existed. Although our movements were not extraneous they were difficult and exhausting. Thanks for an awesome body and mind workout.

Unit Holiday Party.....

Niner vent rant.... So the first step in fixing a problem is to admit you have a problem. Well HOUSTON WE HAVE A FUCKING PROBLEM!!!!!How to fix it, well there is so many layers of where to begin.
