FUCK YOU PAYPAL, I don't need to provide proof of my SS, I clearly typed in the last 4 of my social just as they appear on my SS card. Now I have to wait for this shit to be resolved.....

what about all your information like name, email phone number, etc? won't it tell you another account already exists with that info?

Did you go to the official Pay-pal site and see this, or was it e-mailed to you?
This sounds to me like an attempt at Phishing. Someone that sends you an e-mail that looks like it was from pay-pal, but really they're just getting your info.
Be careful.
