I'll post the pic later since I did recover it. He wasn't standing right there when she was putting her number in my phone he was off somewhere else. If I was that defensive over the girl I'm dating I'd fucking leave her Ass not destroy the other guys phone. The fuck am I supposed to know if they were dating? oh I confronted him with 3 of my best friends, all of them over 6 feet tall which lift too. No threatening was involved since i'd rather not include violence, i'm gonna keep confronting him in person everytime I see him though

People ask me why I didn't just kick his ass when he did it, i'm 19 and have not fought a day in my life and don't plan on it, don't feel like beating someones face in over a material object, and there were cops everywhere by the time I confronted him outside so I would have ended up in jail regardless, just not worth it.

We were at a club, I know this kid from the nightlife since we go out every weekend, took a picture with his girlfriend and she says "hey let me put my number in your phone so that you can send me the picture" so I give her my phone and he pulls the phone out of her hands and throws it against a wall destroying it. He claims I was hitting on his girl which I was not, just getting a simple picture for my night out like i do with any other familiar face.

Filed the police report the day after it happened, but they told me to wait a couple days and keep pestering him about the money while they tried to get ahold of him.

I figured that, but thanks to him i'm out 700 dollars, i'd rather do something about it. If the state takes him to small claims then I don't have to pay, but if I take him to small claims i'll have to pay and he would have to agree to go to small claims anyways if i'm not mistaken, but what about the misdemeanor charge? He has to face some sort of consequences right?

Just gave $10 to a person in need. There was a hispanic lady at the exit of the post office with a sign saying she is a single mom with 3 kids. It also said "need bread, milk, food". Can't trust all panhandlers, but my gut told me she needed it.

Anyone think a 5.0K on 4 M38's at 1 ohm is too much power? That equates to 1250 per sub, if i get all that power due to box rise etc.
