some asshole destroyed my phone out of anger, filed a police report, it's a misdemeanor criminal mischief, if he refuses to get this settled in person, what are my options? Anyone help me out? I'm assuming small claims court but i'd rather not deal with that. And no i'm not gonna kick his ass.

I love it when I PM someone legitimately giving them advice on their build to keep them from completely giving up on it, and then getting completely fucking blown off, not even a response saying thank you or anything of that sort. I'd wait, just due to game selection. I have bf4 and it's pretty nice. Lots of multiplayer bs just like with cod (campers, etc etc) but... no other game out right now that I like so kinda pointless. Still got the ps3 running lol.
