So after having 1 SA 12 for a while it gave me the itch to get more, I got another SA 12, sold my JBL GTO1200.1 II and got a SAZ1500D. So I built instead of another slot port box a Aeroport box 4cuft after sub/port displacement with (3) 4" aero ports 12" long rough tuning 42Hz. Needless to say I was floored with the gain in not only SPL but in the performance of the SA series subs. I went from a 134 to a 144.2 with just adding the second 12, new box and Sundown amp. I am in the process of doing the big 3, ground is done, battery I pick up tomorrow, and then power wire done same time as new battery, also saving to run 0AWG to the back instead of 4AWG . I have this on the SSA forums, but just wanted to post here as well since I have been reading a lot here lately.
