Is there anywhere I can see pictures of the actual subs? Maybe not one you have for sale, but an IVX to see for reference.

I love a/b they make such great amps
I had never heard of them until I was with a few DBDrag competitors and they recommended them. I'll never go with anything else amp wise.

4000 or 400 watts lol....
Well of course it "rated" at 4000. I'm thinking closer to 200 when all said and done.

I'm not sure if you have women in your house or not, but try some nail polish remover. I'm not guaranteeing that it will work, but it's worth a shot.
-
Well...?

For Boss, I didn't think this looked too bad. lmao What do you guys think?

I ran skar, 2 of my buddies ran DC, saw some other guys running sundown. they were put into classes that weren't based on what kind of subs they were usingI'm in erie, you going the Shake the Lake next weekend?
have you checked out their qualifications yet? they put you in classes based on fusing, power, modifications.... etc etc
I probably won't be at that one as I'm trying to spend as much time with my girlfriend as possible before she goes off to college. I've looked at the qualifications and it says to be in street trunk class, your woofer has to be "consumer grade". This is the only thing that's holding me back from trying. I'm not sure if DC is considered consumer or competition grade.
Hmm.. well maybe I'll see you somewhere before this season is over, and I'm sure somewhere next season.

I'm wanting to compete starting in 2013. I have a DC 18" subwoofer, and I'm not hitting bad numbers. I guess what I need help with is what organization to compete in. I don't really want to play music which I believe is Bass Race? I'd like to just burp. I'm also located in Ohio, so if there is any local events that I can just play a burp tone. Also, what class would I be in? I have all stock electrical, 1 amp, and 1 18" sub.

your post was deleted do you think its a good idea to put it back up?

I think I went to Walmart and got a small tube of paint that matches my car perfectly. If you ask for "car specific paint" they can look up a code and find it for you.

Definitely I cook if you can hit low lows, like 19hZ

It depends on the brand of subs, and amp. If the amp is reliable and not clipping, then it should be fine. Use an O-scope or DD-1 to set your amps.

I don't have enough posts to post in the for sale part of classifieds, but I have somethings I'd like to sell. Is there anyway to get around this? I could post the link to my eBay feedback if it matters.

I'd take that in a heartbeat! Wish you the best!

I'm actually a dealer for AB. I can get you a price on a new one if you're still interested?

Good job editing that sig BTW
Thanks, just had to be reminded

What amp are using? That Boss amp in your sig? If so, I'd say turn the gains down a little bit. You may be getting 1400.... But it would be a very very dirty 1400 watts.
m1 lv4 can take round 900-1500 just keep it clean
No, I got an American Bass VFL 100.1. I think it should be fine at 1400? What do you guys think?
-
Don't give them too much power unless you know what your doing and have your gain properly set
I used a DMM and set it to about 37 volts which was what it should've been at 1400 watts when I though it was the M2. Should this be okay, or should I turn it down?
