  1. I've been using 2/0 & 3/0 Carolprene branded welding cable for years with zero complaints
  2. i had pretty good sucess in my Ranger re-using the factory antenna with the 200 series xm reciever unit with my Alpine deck. every so often, maybe twice a month i would get an antenna error that was fixed with a few power cycles of the deck
  3. Size comparison for a sense of scale Didn’t think i’d ever use these nearly 10 year old RCA’s on a D’Amore amp
  4. Picked up this beauty this morning 😁 Didn’t have time to take any more pictures for now, will post more this evening
  5. IIRC Jacob had a v3 ready to go but scrapped it for some reason i can’t recall. There are some pictures of it out there, looked like a monster!
  6. That beginning was tough to watch, my room got all dusty and shit. Some fucking people man! Shit like that makes my blood boil! ? He has come along way and become a beautiful dog, he has you to thank for it Steve! I wonder if you would take in an abandoned bass head you might find in that field? ?
  7. It bears repeating, That's a beauty Steve! I could build a false floor and wall my Ranger with that sucker! Surprised it only took two bottles of Raptor to get it done, makes me think i over did my enclosure for one 15 that's a third that size, rolling on four, LOL!
  8. That black wire sure looks like it has a smaller outside diameter than the green, either that or it's one heck of an illusion!
  9. Looks like a killer system that would be tough on the body! I ain't hatin' with this comment but i have a curious observation of the sweeping shot of the amps in the back of the ride. Why do the + leads going into the amps look like 4/0 and the - leads look like 2/0? Basing this on the look of the OD of the wire jacket compared to the input adapters. With a setup like that there has to be some type of logic behind it, right?
  10. Fuckin Rights! got past that consistency error, thanks again reedal! Pretty sure the t/s numbers i got are nice and accurate too because with the box volume i had it in (4cubes) it has a Fsc of 1hz above the peak frequency of which i metered in back in early February. Not sure i'm interpreting that right but it is encouraging at least!
  11. Just dropped the digits into winisd pro and . . . . . Getting a QTS,QMS,QES consistency error, sure looks to me like input the correct numbers in the right input fields, no?
  12. You mean the fields labeled f1 & f2? retake and input the numbers found at 3.66 ohms above and below instead of 7.7? Thanks again man, it is much appreciated!
  13. I need a favour from someone who has the ability to punch some numbers into Excel for me to get some T/S numbers for a sub i have. I followed Tony's video to the T and i got myself some #'s for my Stereo Integrity HST-15 mkII. I don't have Excel on my computer and don't want to pay $80 to get MS Word and don't feel like chancing a downloading of something that might have a bug in it. Here are the numbers i got in order as seen in the video above Cone diameter - 12.25" DC resistance - 0.8 ohms (coils in parallel) IM/SG Probe resistance - 0.14 ohms IM/SG connected to driver max. impedance - 18.6 hz & 16.4 ohms @ 7.7 ohms below - 14.6 hz @7.7 ohms above - 22.8 hz Weight added - 190.3g (master lock and small dab of blue tack) Peak impedance with weight - 16.1 hz & 15.3 ohms Pretty sure that's all the data required, if i missed anything let me know and i'll get it
  14. That look and head shake from Brandon ? fucking priceless!!! Looked like he was gonna be ill a couple times! Didn't catch it in the video Steve, did buddy mention what it meters at?
  15. A well deserved spot on a list with many other great car audio products, kudos to both Tony & Steve for a tremendous product! I know i'm proud to own one of these besides a CC-1 and my newly acquired IM/SG.
