Check out these waterproof power centers we've recently built for customers! Each is housed in an o-ringed NEMA enclosure for maximum protection! The 6-relay box is going in the bed of a bad-ass GMC Syclone and will power electric fans, fuel pumps, etc. The 10-relay box is going underneath a tree removal truck and will power all the on-board LED lighting. 6 relay waterproof power center minus top. This enclosure includes (1) FPATC9 fuse panel, (6) RLYKITP40 relay with interlocking socket kits, and (1ea.) TB3-6 and TB1-8 terminal blocks. 6-relay waterproof power center with top installed. 10-relay waterproof power center minus top. This enclosure includes (1) FPATC12 fuse panel, (10) RLYKITP40 relay with interlocking socket kits, and (1ea.) TB2-10 and TB1-12 terminal blocks. Waterproof glands allow passage of the bundled wiring into the enlcosure. 4 AWG power feed into the enclosure, also through a waterproof gland. I personally design and build every one of these power centers to our customer's specifications. This particular enclosure utilizes 10 AWG TXL wiring for all of the high current connections to the relays and I crimp and solder every one to minimize voltage drop through the relay sockets. They are very tedious to build but the end results are well worth the effort.
