Finally starting my burban project today! If you guys hae seen my earlier threads this year im tye guy thats also gonna put SA-8's in the trunk doors, those wont come til later but for now Today I got my 3/4"MDF today. Got my first Sundown SA-12 also. Im gonna put 3 SA-12's up top. Need to get/find a good sized amp to power them also. Here's my design thanks to Sanitarium:

Also I was planning on doing the resin on the each corner thing. Should I do that?? And also I'm gonna have 3 SA-12 's in there and they're gonna b dual 4 ohm, how would I wire that to a mono amp??

45s allow easier air flow, so I would do it. You probably won't notice an audible difference, but it can't hurt lol

You can wire the amp to .6 ohm or 2.6 ohms if my math is correct.

i'd only bother with 45's in the port to help the air flow out

Here's a little update. It took me a long time to get here cuz the dumb guy at Lowes couldn't cut em right all the pieces were uneven cuts a piece that had to be 40 1/2" was at one end 40 1/2" and at the other 40 1/4". All the pieces were just brudal so if you see some cracks you know why not my fault. And also got a cool nifty Dremel bit that rounds corners. LOVE IT! Wish it was a bit more noticeable though. But yeah and one last thing. For the resin thing forth inside do I also add fiberglass mat or just resin?? Cuz that's what I gotta do now and would like to do today so I could leave to dry over night. Thanks
