hdorre
Need custom Center caps with SMD on it that would look sick I was thinking the same thing. The "SMD" in blue (to match the calipers) would look cool imo We need can day-dream all we want, but we need to keep in mind that it really doesn't matter what we think when it comes to someone else's cars (especially Steve's) Quote On 5/8/2011 at 7:38 PM, Kranny said: On 5/8/2011 at 7:35 PM, 'Maxim' said: It hurts me inside when I read stuff like this and remember you're 15 LMFAO so true Mitsubishi 3000GT (Old Build) Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: (2) McLaren Audio MLT-2 Tweeters & (4) PRV Audio MR Series Neo 6.5" Mids Substage: 4 15" Hybrid Subs - Tantric Motors & Sundown Softies Amps: Banda 2.4D Amp (Tweets), American Bass VFL 350.4 (Mids), and (2) Ampere 3800s Electrical :Singer 260A Alt & JY Power Lithium 2005 Chevy Colorado Ext Cab Headunit: Pioneer 80PRS Frontstage: 4 PRV 700Ti Tweets & 6 10" Delta Mids on 3000wrms Substage: 6 Fi BTL 18s in a 4th Order Walkthrough on 3 Wolfram 4500s Electrical: Singer "390" and JY Power My Official Feedback Thread

meade916
I drove up to Turlock to get my wheels today......but it was a false alarm. I didnt like the way the 295's "rolled over" on the sidewalls and they just looked too wide for the rim. I asked them if it was cool for us to get some 285/25/20's instead and they said it was no problem......except Pirelli in that size is back ordered almost everywhere. So tomorrow i go on the hunt for either a Pirelli in the size i want and if i cant find them in stock i will be getting some Nitto Invo's instead.........which happen to be a nice looking tire as well. Im a fan of Nitto so i got no problem switching if i have to! heres a few pics. I did not want to show the car with them on as i was not happy with it. I will save that for when its all DONE..just a slight delay, possibly middle of next week i will be set. Now THAT is a tire! The 285/25/20 will look just as wide but will fix the sidewall issue. you can see it in this pic. See how the sidewall kinda bubbles out? I like it to be straight or slightly stretched not like that.... Its not AZA's fault, i should have ordered 285's, thats a standard size for what i am trying to do anyway. sorry for the tease, nobody is more let down then me, BUT i want it to be right.... hdorre
^^ROFL Steve. Everytime you're on, you make me LOL The rims look AMAZING! I must say, the 295s are pretty thick for you lolz (after seeing the IS250, Hoe, Hoopty, etc). Common sense tells me that 285s are thinner. Is that true? Is that true? the larger number in a tire is the width the 285s will be narrower but as a result they will also be thinner because the smaller number is the profile ratio so the profile is 25% of 285 or 295 i hope that makes sense it did in my head Quote Btw that was the first person.
