that Amp "behind the glass case" - What amp DID you want that you NEVER got?

I would have to agree about several amps like the Soundstream Davinci, ANY ORION CONCEPT PRODUCT, the Rockford power 1000, and the Mcintosh MCC-602TM, but one that sticks out in my mind is the is the Mibert BAM-235. I saw 2 of these in Dale Fontenot's Thunderbird which is still the Reference Point of all SQ systems in my mind (and a sick install to boot.)

If I had it there would be no need to let it sit on a shelf though...

One for me was definitely the rockford fosgate type rf x7 amplifiers that were ahead of their time. Here is one I would love to have just to keep in a glass case. http://cgi.ebay.com/Fosgate-PR7000-Original-Old-School-Vintage-Amplifier-/260753013104?pt=Car_Amplifiers&hash=item3cb6173970#ht_500wt_1156

Working on thinking of more amplifiers.

The Phoenix Gold MPH6300 and the M??10,000 which a friend of mine has the ONLY ones made of each. So there's a possibility that some day I still could own one. Also the MPS2250 w/fan shroud.

I HAD, back in '96, the Earthquake PA-4300, would love to have one again.
