focalrock4life
ok, so I'm working on my front stage right now. However, I have a Z 15" V2 and a 2000D and was originally going to add a second amp and subwoofer and wall it off behind the rear seats in my scion TC hatchback. BUT with the recent publicity/impressiveness (is that even a word?) of the SA series, I was thinking 4 12" SA series off of a 2500D (giving them each their rated rms) would be a better option. So, it would be a little less power but a ton more cone area. what say you? think it would be louder?
ChevyBoy95
Depends on electrical, 2.5kw or 4kw. But Im a fan of cone area so 4 12s if it was me. Electrical consists of an XS S3400 up front and XS D6500 in the rear but was going to add a H.O alt as well.
Socky
Im a cone area nut hugger, so i would say the sa 12's, they would handle more if it was a clean power. focalrock4life
Lol I just can't pass up the price/performance ratio. But if I can get some more opinions on why it will be louder from " non biased" folks ill be good. if I can afford it, I may step up to a 3000D but not much more because I wanna demo the Hell outta these things and not get em stinky from over powering them.. I.appreciate everything so far Edited March 31, 2011 by focalrock4life
