pstone11 Posted April 1, 2011 Report Share Posted April 1, 2011 Well, I have had my DC 270 alts for a while now and finally have enough experience with them to lay a quick review down... PRO - Strong, decent idle output, very sexy, really nice STRONG output above 2k, awesome people working out there at DC Power.. CON - Drag your motor down REALLY BAD if your batteries are anything but charged to the tip top. Most alts will drag your motor down a bit but these things are rediculous! The XP series is for DAILY DRIVERS! Props to DC for strong, badass alts, shame on me for only running the truck once a week or so.
