JeremyN Posted August 27, 2011 Author Report Share Posted August 27, 2011 got the car back from the shop and it ran fine.......................the idiots at C and M didnt fill the reservoir tank after doing the water pump and damaged my hood somehow from the inside ( almost like a tool or something was on the engine and they tried to slam the hood shut) last money spent at that shop ever. Clean install. That sucks about the hood. People around here will try to get out of everything. You should report it to the insurance, and let them deal with it. Jerrys Stereo tried the same crap with me. I was getting metered there and part of their light fixture fell and hit my car, over $850 in damages. I reported it to my insurance, and when I started putting negative reviews on stuff like google, the people from Jerrys didn't like it and they fixed my car. I traded my MTX subs straight across for some Kicker CVRs cause of the CVRs being dual voice coils and now I can run at a 1 ohm load to get the full power from my sub amp instead of the 2 ohm load I was running before and only getting 900 watts max from the thing... loganberry Posted September 22, 2011 Report Share Posted September 22, 2011 wow very clean build!!! i cant wait to check this out sometime soon, i wish it was next week but its just not gonna work out, we will have to wait till my truck is all finished...well at least the box and amp hooked up at least not goin all crazy and making you wait for the doors and everything. you got some skills man thats for sure that trunk looks like it was meant to be there and when you turn around it just flows all nicely, if i could make a suggestion that i think would set it off really nicely go to walmart because they have all products for ford, and get spray color that is the same color as your car, and take out your subs primer too of course, and then spray every other ridge of the cvr i think that would make it really clean and spray the red K the black of your car. just my suggestion you might not like it but the black and silver imo would look great and the black being the exact same as the outside of your car.........perfection My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
