I installed professionally for 1.5 years and about 2 months ago I was promoted to Car Audio salesman, but I still install decks and shit when my installers are late or being slow. Im still 10X better than the rookie that has worked under me for almost 1 year, lol. I really like my job most days. pay sucks. lower tuning is just hard. Baydestrian Posted June 17, 2011 Report Share Posted June 17, 2011 Seriously though, if you really know car audio and have great skills and stuff like that plz come to the Bay Area and open up a shop LOL I work security for Securitas. $12/hr, 40hr weeks. Every other week I work 48hrs, so that extra 8 is time and half. Downside, that extra day is a graveyard shift which is on top of the graveyard shift I already work the night before . Been here since Dec. 2008 and I'm tired of it here but don't know what to do with my life yet and gotta pay the bills.
