Options: 4 DC lvl 4 15's - used or 2 Nightshade v2's 18's - new Amp will be a sundown 4500d Car is a 1988 Chevy Caprice Classic Will not be walling at the moment so large ported box in trunk will be my setup. I have about 18 or so cubes to work with. Looking to chatter some teeth while hitting killer lows. This will be a groundpounder so I will not be competing. Not yet anyway. shogen
I'd go with the nightshade... for no reason in particular besides preference of brand.. hdorre
Hmm... its cone area vs motor force. Its a tough one. Are you sure either setup will fit in the trunk? I understand that the trunk is big, but still.. Have you played with Torres? The 18s should like a smaller box. Jacob posted that the 18s like 4-5 cubes each. kr15
level 4s sketch out to do very well on the lows..and you are comparing to different types of woofers as well, so it makes the decision tougher..
