Grey_Fox
He only has 45 days to request refund. Call up paypal and they will take care of it. Similar thing happened to me. He used the chargeback services of from his credit card or bank, not PayPal. They have different polices for requesting refunds or chargebacks for items. My bank allows for chargebacks only 30 days after purchase. Don't know about my credit card company.

n8ball2013
heres what may work in your favor. the fact that it was so long ago really throw up t he flag for paypal. if he never filed a lost password or a dispute saying his account was hacked prior to this is another. since its a chargeback the bank is going to contact paypal and look at all that information and he might be getting hit with fraud charges if it all adds up. especially with his name and address getting the package sent there and the delivery confirmation etc proving it. Hopefully this is all a misunderstanding and he gave the wrong info or something and the bank screwd it up. Hopefully this is all a misunderstanding and he gave the wrong info or something and the bank screwd it up. yeah i was just thinking something along those lines, it was over 90 days ago however i have somewhat some good news, well really good news in my favor i called up paypal, and spoke with one of their agents, she was actually really nice.. had a 30 second convo about how she has family up where i live (weird i know lol) she said that paypal usually reads the sellers response and investigates before deciding on whether or not they will fight the dispute with the bank she said that since i have such an outstanding selling record i was eligible for the sellers protection program, which im glad i called cause i had no idea it existed. Basically what it says is that paypal does not have to do further research on my end to decide whether or not they want to fight the dispute with the bank, they will AUTOMATICALLY fight the dispute with the bank and do no further research on me due to my "outstanding" selling record (guess i sell a lot of shit eh) and another good perk about the sellers protection program was they took the negative amount from my paypal account (it was -26x.xx) from the charge, and canceled that and set my account to 0 (where it previously was) she stated that no matter what happens now, whether the bank wins the dispute i will have no money lost and that once the money is in my bank account (which it already is) that it will be left un-touched by paypal or the bank so what i got out of this is that well, no matter the outcome with the buyer's bank, they wont deduct any amount of money from me Quote Team Sundown Audio**CURRENT** -- 2012 Scion tC Build Click Here **OLD** -- 2002 Pontiac Grand AM Build Click Herecheck them out, slap me a comment2002 Pontiac Grand AM SE 2.2l 4 cylinder ecotec.-------------------------------------------------------------------Head Unit - Alpine CDA-9887Subs - 2x Z 12 v.2s - v.3 + NS Soft partsAmplifier - Sundown Audio SAZ-3500DEnclosure - 3.33 Cubes tuned to 34.66hzFront Stage - JBL P660c 6.5" ComponentsRear Deck - Powerbass 4xl 6.5" Mid-RangeFront Stage Amplifier - Sundown Audio SAX-100.4DWires - Kicker Hyperflex 1/0, KnuKonceptz 1/0, Knu 4 and 8 Gauge, Kicker RCAsElectrical - 275 AMP DC Power H/O Alternator, XS Power S3400, XS Power D2700Videos - http://www.youtube.com/user/BeAILsTaR13-------------------------------------------------------------------
