My guess is that someone was trying to get a free alt, so they used an address they knew was empty for the delivery address. Best bet is to hide and wait for them to pick up the delivery, IMO???? It's common for stuff like this to get sent to an unoccupied house in the same neighborhood as the thief. If the house is vacant then we are good to go. I'm going to contact the real estate agent. Also she can be charged as an accomplice on said felony. I bet she might go home and wait for a package. especially if someone is staking out her house. or hell she might know someone with an 08 avalanche or maybe someone was shown her house with one and her card was the one stolen.
