I know it's been forever since I posted here...I'm looking for just the purest, brightest white halogen bulbs out there. I don't want blue tint and I don't want yellow tint. And I don't want to deal with HIDs right now, either! Any suggestions? Budget is $100.

i spent 55 bucks on the Silverstar bulbs from Sylvania. Nice bright white too.

no halogen bulb is gonna give u a real while light output

the silver stars are junk IMO sry waste of money

u can either do hid's or go with led bulbs for real white light

the housing u put them in will also affect the color the light is

ran those before too, great bulbs, brightest whitest you'll get w/o HIDs
