armykyle1 Posted October 11, 2011 Report Share Posted October 11, 2011 my mistake on the misspelling lol but he was running these passive off SE series arc amp http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_26256_DLS-Gothia-6.3.html I guess when I say flat they lacked in the details on the highs. the clarity and depth on the mid to low range was amazing. The mid bass is out standing imo. I've heard other European speaker and to me most of them possessed the right amount of bright detail but lacked in the low end humpf. But that DLS set was opposite. Using a pioneer HU, with the eq settings raised in the 10-17khz range. Something could have been funky. just my .02cents He did buy them off ebay....
