CJ18
I just got done testing the 12k in 2 different applications. The first test was done in the Mini Van with 4 XL 18s and 4 D3100s starting voltage 14.2. The second test was done in my truck with 6 Level 3 15s and 5 D1400s starting voltage 15.4. Van results: Starting ohm load is 1 ohm bridged 30hz- 49A x 141.7v= 6943.3 watts @ 2.89 ohms 35hz- 39.89a x 144v= 5744.16 watts @ 3.6 ohms 40hz- 46.8a x 137.8v= 6449 watts @ 2.94 ohms 45hz- 47.3a x 137.4v= 6499 watts @ 2.90 ohms 12k Rated power 1 ohm bridged 12v- 8400 watts 1 ohm bridged 14.4v- 11000 watts 1 ohm bridged 16v- 13000 watts 2 ohms bridged 14.4v- 6800 watts 4 ohms bridged 14.4v- 4200 watts 8 ohms bridged 14.4v- 2400 watts Now for all of you that hate on those results saying "Im paying for 12000 watts but im not getting it so I am going to be an ass and flame the results" This second test was done in my truck running 6 Level 3 15s starting ohm load of .67 bridged. Voltage started at 15.4 and dropped to 12.5. 30hz- 97a x 117v= 11349w @ 1.21 ohms 35hz- 95.2a x 123v= 11710w @ 1.29 ohms 40hz- 86a x 129v= 11094w @ 1.5 ohms 45hz- 78.2a x 134v= 10478w @ 1.71 ohms I believe this is proof for all of those that hated on my original clamp numbers that the 12k is well worth the money you pay because it does well over rated power. CJ18
For anyone that does not believe that box rise effects the power output of an amp, this test is proof of exactly how much it really does effect it.
DodgerCannon
Nice! Thanks for testing dude! Did you play it on music at 0.67 bridged?

CJ18
Nice! Thanks for testing dude! Did you play it on music at 0.67 bridged? Not much had a cop follow me almost the whole way back home. It sounded sick for the little bit i did get to hear. Oh just to show what I gained by the drop in. Score with the 7.5k. I am clamping about 8600w at my peak of 48hz Score with 12k clamping about 10000w at my peak of 48hz I know the signal is rather ugly on the 12k burp. Just to clarify, the amps were both set with the -15 40hz db tone and the DD1. Edited October 13, 2011 by CJ18

CJ18
With higher voltage I could see this amP doing 13-14k. I dont have the electrical to keep the voltage high enough to get those numbers.
LoudBimmer
You mean 18v set up?
