Real96SS Posted October 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted October 30, 2011 Okay so the new build will be done completely by me.It wont be perfect but it will be presentable.My goal was to join the 150db club and still have a daily setup.I attend every show I can here in Italy and just the fact that its a truck will cause all in attendance to stop what their doing and stare when I arrive.They don't see trucks here that often.So aside from the system I will be doing a couple cosmetic upgrades also.Don't really have a complete plan yet but everyday I surf this forum I get new ideas.I don't really have a plan for a box yet so any inputs would be appreciated.Now the pics of the equipment that I currently have. First is the 2 FI BTL 18's and the 2 Sundown 3500's All KnuKoceptz Wiring DDM HID Kits 10k Lows an 8k Fog lights Viper 5902 Alarm with voice module,window automation module and backup battery My truck didn't come with fog lights so I purchased the GM fog light kit I plan on running 2 DC 270amp XP alternators separate from my stock setup so I purchased the triple kit from Audio Innovations Chrome lower mirror covers Q-Logic 6.5 Kick Panels. More coming.Still waiting on pictures to upload to Photobucket. I have no clue yet on the box.Originally I wanted to just have something simple ported somewhere around 35hz.Then I kept getting people asking if I was going to do a blowthrough.I have never even seen a blowthrough until I went to my first Italian carshow.So I'm hoping people will chime in and give me some advice for the box.Any help at all is welcomed. Going with some T-View 11" headrest monitors Alpine SPX-17pro component set.If these fit the way I want then I will be purchasing 2 more sets to fill the door panels. K%N CAI.This is usually one of my first mods but I was being lazy when I first purchased my truck. Dynamat Xtreme to keep it nice a clear on the outside.Got 2 more boxes on the way I have always run nothing but Kenwood Headunits.So this time I figured I would get their top model that cam with navigation.It's the DNX9980HD.I also got the CMOS-300 Backup camera and the steering wheel control module. Had to go oldschool and get the fuzzy dice LoL So I am currently waiting on a reply back from DC about the alternators so I can place my order.The batteries probably wont be purchased until after christmas unless I sacrifice some shoes out of my collection.The Sundown 200.4 should be here this week.There are many things I plan on doing with this truck that's not listed but you will see as it happens.I hope everybody stays tuned in and giving their inputs.Also to those that asked,I don't have any sponsors and all the money I spend come from my government paycheck for protecting and serving my country.Thanks for viewing and I will update you guys whenever something new comes in and I will be doing a video when I go pick my truck up once it arrives. Not yet but once it arrives here in Italy I will have to pull my old Florida plates off and replace it with the Euro ones.Hopefully I can get them to fit so I dont have to drill holes anywhere to mount them.
