98 expedition on the meter... ohhhh the feelssssss

Recommended Posts

i got done with the box and the amps and im not very happy with the sound quality, maybe i have to set my amps better or something. it hits damn hard the hardest i ever heard but it dont have the lows. all i get are hits and dont get the boom, is that how it has to be or can it get better. so far i think my kicker l7 sounded better and cleaner but not louder this gets really loud like stupid loud, by the way RE amps are good infact better and louder than the BZR and only cost me $264 each with free shipping. right now i need to find someone with a TL to really know how hard it hits or will have to wait till i get one, either way i will post videos this weekend

crazy to fit so many in so little. Reminds me of some of the porns I've seen?

  • 2 weeks later...

i need your opinion on something with my install, i haven't gotten around on finishing my build and just got the bug of getting 2 more 18's. i'm upgrading my RE amps to some crescendo maybe 1 bc5500 or 2 bc3500, bc5500 will be run at .5 0hm or i can get the bc3500 and strap them to 2 ohms after re cone. im not planning on going to any comp or anything like that soon (i might get the crazy bug and actually go)so should i just get the amps to see how much louder i get or should i actually start a new build?

nothing wrong with the RE amps they get loud but will be using it on another build i want to do running FI Q's on a blow through for a 96 caprice

Save yourself the trouble of reconing and go with the bc5500, that should power them nicely.
