T-line box help for two 8" subs?

Recommended Posts

Alright so im going to be building a box for two 8" subs and ive been looking into t-lines for their output. If anybody could help me design a t-line box for either two SA-8s or two Skar vvx 8's it would be greatly appreciated. Even any information or comments about them would be nice. My max dimensions are 36" width, 16.5" height, 30" depth

Thanks

Connor

You can use Google Sketch Up (free program) and the thread on here lniked below if you want to take a try to design it yourself. I just finished designing one for myself and it took me maybe an hour at max.

Go to members build section and look at the thread that says (dual t-line sa 8's) and ask that guy who built the box for help.

I want to say dont waste ur time you need more room....

My single tline is 10 " high 22" x 24

You would be very crammed for space, and each sub would need to be in their own box

alright thanks guys. I have like 8.5-10 cubic feet if i really wanted to make room so i dont think that that is crammed for space

831 566 6061.... ill send u a pic of the design I used for a dc 8... 200 rms and it gets down... if you did 2 identical boxes stacked them orr put them side byside I think you could have good result, but u said u have16 inches high.... for 2 8s you would need 20 inches tall... for my design

What car sub placement etc?

I've got one but it will cost you 15 dollars. It will fit your dimensions and is for 2 sa 8's.

Hey man I have a dual sa-8 tline set up in my jeep. I designed and built my box and I have it under the member build section called dual t-line sa-8's. Mine is around 40" wide, 16" tall, and 14" deep. You can mess around with the geometry to fit your space. Just make sure you size your line length according to the frequency you want to tune your box.
