(maxxsonics) I wish I had the money to send you one. You have access to one by chance? I would definitely like to see some numbers from that. I honestly don´t know anyone using a mb quart amp around here, at least not that big, let me try to find one, but i can´t promise you anything Thx bro. I know many people will start downing this amp since its a kolw audio but i heard this one in particular is high quality and shares the board with many older great name brand amplifiers, also that it does a true 2300rms. FaTbOy911 Posted December 29, 2011 Report Share Posted December 29, 2011 Memphis mclass 1100 would be nice Had an estimate of 6400 for an alpine/clarion setup dealer said it "should" hit around 160db with the custom boxes he was going to make for me..doubtful with so much area to move but, budget is way below that any ideas on cheaper brands for that kind of Spl setup? really didnt want to try any Boss or soundstorm, thinking Quantum figure around $150 per speaker "$1800 total" and $1700 to power it, first actual big setup for the van. fecupe2001 Posted December 30, 2011 Author Report Share Posted December 30, 2011 Results from the Cadence ZRS 7500D Clamp results: 46.7 Volts 43.5 Amps 46.7 x 43.5 = 2031 Watts RMS 46.7 / 43.5 = 1.07 ohms Voltage Drop : 13.7v Score, sealed on the dash @ 41 hz (was the best score, previous amplifiers were peaking at 42-43 hz). I´m VERY impressed with this little amplifier, my buddy wants to wire that thing @ 0.5 ohms for daily, so he wanted me to ABUSE the Cadence a lot, i burped a lot of times, did 5-6 bass race rounds and it´s very well built, never got hot or anything, also, as you can see my voltage wasn´t dropping a lot, very efficient amp for sure, small as hell and plays VERY nice on music, i dunno the price of this amplifier at the US, but it´s a great amplifier IMO I´m the SPL Gains topic creator!! wanna get louder?? check this: SPL Gains.
