Cody is a good guy and he wouldnt care if you saw better numbers than him or anything like that. But i bet he would like to see the difference in the 2 trucks.

shit i'd hope for a 160 playing music with 36k+ that is if the subs hold up for more than a 1 minute song with that kind of power :peepwall:

O I know the f150s don't get as loud as they should. There another guy on here with 4 15s they are aqs and 3.5k aq amps that's as loud or right around there with Cody sealed up and he was more power high voltage more come area (looks to be more port area also) and they are close. So I can understand that they suck to get loud.

TRT: like i said I have high hopes but I don't want to get my shit set on 160 sealed (which I do think is possible in this set up of done right) but I don't want to make estimates or anything because I always do that and end up wrong so I'll just work hard on it and see what happens. Like I said I want to push myself to do really good work and expand my knowledge and skills because of it.

whats fucked is ive been watching his build forever now and i love it. As soon as he switched to XLs i saw that comment coming because ya its similar in that respect. but they will be way different in every other respect honestly the box design it going to be completely different how the mids and highs are the console and name brand of everything else except subs and amps basically.

No worries at all. I am very curious to see this one get built. I planned my build for about 6 months before I got started and damnit if I had it for about a month before I got the itch to go bigger.

could turn into a sort of GMC vs. Ford cometition... who gets the best numbers with similar equipment...... :peepwall:

Lets see some numbers with just 1 12k before you jump up to the second and we can see a good comparison between the 2 builds. In the end this one will definitely be louder than mine, especially with 2-3x the power. I expect to see a 156 sealed up and hoping for a 160 outlaw and I will be very happy.

I would be adding 10 more D1400s and a second 12k now, but I just bought an engagement ring and am going to propose to my GF on New Years. That has to come before my truck, especially since it is loud a fuck already.

I will definitely be keeping up with this one.

haha I understand what you mean man, i'm kinda in the same situation, i'm trying to get a 150 on burp out of 2 12's on 4k, but I realized my hopes are a bit high so I brought it down to a 145 haha. but enough talking! where are the pics?!?!
