Electrical Help

ok i have a sundown 2500 and currently i only have the big 3 upgrade done. my stock alt is a 140 amp and i only have a regular battery up front. what would i need to run this amp at good voltage without clipping would one xs battery in the rear help and if yes which one thanks.

it would help, but you're gonna need something to charge it proper eventually.

i have checked the website for mechman and dc but they dont list any alternators for my car on ebay ive seen some and are not expensive but i have heard they are not good.

email either of them. I had to email dc for my alt.

i sent them an email although i did want to avoid in having to buy a ho alt. If there to expensive ill just sell the amp or maybe just buy an 2 xs power batteries one for the front and one for the back. i have seen others with the 2500 and there voltage only drops to about 12.5 i know this isnt good voltage but isnt it still good for not clipping the amp?
