stevog
i sent them an email although i did want to avoid in having to buy a ho alt. If there to expensive ill just sell the amp or maybe just buy an 2 xs power batteries one for the front and one for the back. i have seen others with the 2500 and there voltage only drops to about 12.5 i know this isnt good voltage but isnt it still good for not clipping the amp? fmedina
If you can keep you voltage about 12.6+ with that amp then it should be fine. But you might need more than 2 batts and your going to have to put your batteries on a charger several times.
Vito Basser
Just get a 100ah+ battery for the boot for now. Your alternator will provide most of the power to the amp (obviously engine running). Just keep an eye on the voltage and temp (by hand) and you'll be fine.
