The alcohol through the night metabolizes leading to direct dehydration to your brain. So you can drink water as you drink and it will do you no good at all. Heres the cure all hangover tip. Speaking from experience. AFTER you're done drinking and ready to go to bed and have used the restroom and everything drink 12-16 ounces of water. (more if youre really thirsty). You can also follow this water with either A) a salt tablet. or a bottle of childrens pediasure if you can stomach it. The water dilutes the alchohol and the supplement helps with lack of essentials. Either way will ensure you do not wake up the next morning with a hangover or if you do have one it will be extremely light and not put you down on the couch for the whole following day.
