I have a 1/3 of the watts you do and my lights dim too.

I ran these same amps in a 2000 Sonoma with a 2.2L 4 cylinder and the lights never dimmed. <_<

Trailblazers apparently have a weak link somewhere.

Didn't work on the truck today but I did go tune my buddies setup with my DD1 I got for Christmas. If you don't have one then you should get one because it's worth the money. It improved the SQ on his system by a lot and actually surprised me for just 2 powerbass 10"s in about a 1.6 cubic ft sealed box. Took a little video for you guys to share.

Make sure you add in the thickness of the wood. You didn't double any areas or all sides, top and bottom

The top is doubled but nowhere is. I just braced it inside so it doesn't flex. I can grab the brace through the port and pull and push and try to shake it but its pretty solid.

Ahh okay! I didn't know.

Anyways. I like the color and detail you put into making this enclosure

Thanks. I'm happy with the out come but I thought about making a picture frame type thing to go around the port and paint it grey also to kinda make the colors flow better. Any thoughts on that idea?
